H1: Single Burner, Propane Gas Forge Furnace
$2,195

The H1 is a compact propane gas forge furnace designed to heat steel components for forging, forming, and shaping operations. It is used in blacksmith shops, metalworking studios, and fabrication environments for applications such as ornamental forging, tool and knife making, horseshoeing, heat treatment, and general steel forming.

The furnace replaces traditional solid-fuel forges by providing controlled, efficient propane combustion in a fully enclosed chamber. Its insulated combustion cavity, precision gas regulation, and integrated safety systems allow the H1 to reach forging temperatures quickly while maintaining stable, repeatable heat throughout the working cycle.

- Designed for heating steel parts for forging, forming, and heat treatment applications.
- Reaches high working temperatures with controlled propane gas combustion.
- Enclosed combustion chamber improves efficiency and operator safety compared to open forges.
- Compact footprint supports portability and flexible shop placement.
- Built for consistent daily use in blacksmith and metalworking environments.

Base Machine (Standard):
- Propane gas forge furnace with enclosed combustion chamber.
- Single high-efficiency burner with electronic ignition.
- Integrated gas control panel with precision pressure regulation.
- Dual-layer insulated combustion chamber using compacted vermiculite.
- Removable rear door for heating longer workpieces at the center section.
- Adjustable material support for positioning heated stock.

Warranty:
Nargesa machines are built for long-term industrial service and are supported by an industry-leading warranty program. Each machine includes a standard 6-month warranty covering defective components. By registering the machine on Nargesa.com, customers extend this coverage to a full 3-year warranty on defective parts, well beyond typical industry standards. The warranty covers the replacement of defective components only and does not include labor, technical assistance, or travel. Replacement parts are supplied for installation by the customer, ensuring fast resolution while minimizing machine downtime.

Important Note:
The H1 is supplied with a European gas regulator. Customers are responsible for installing an appropriate regulator approved for use in the United States prior to operation.
