🚚 What If There’s a Problem With My Order?

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing components, please contact a Quantum Machinery Representative immediately. Our team will investigate the issue and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, in accordance with our warranty, shipping, and return policies.

Claims must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Claims submitted beyond that window may not be honored.

🔁 How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Cancellation

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not automatically accepted and must be pre-authorized by Quantum Machinery Group.

You must contact a representative to obtain a valid RMA (Return Material Authorization) number prior to sending any product back. Items received without an RMA will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

To request an RMA:

  • Call or email your Quantum Machinery representative.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the shipping label (never on the product box).


❗ Return Eligibility Requirements

Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are fully met:

  • Return request must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in brand new, completely unused condition.
  • The item must be returned in its complete original packaging.
  • All included components, accessories, hardware, and literature (manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned.
  • The product must be double-boxed and properly protected for transit.
  • Only standard packing tape may be used. Do not use duct tape, straps, or adhesives on the original box.
  • The shipping label with the RMA number must be clearly visible on the outer box.
  • All shipping costs to and from Quantum Machinery Group are the responsibility of the buyer.

💰 Refunds, Restocking Fees & Inspections

Once returned items are received, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing.

  • All returns, exchanges, or cancellations are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • If any returned item is found to be used, damaged, incomplete, or not in new condition, no refund will be issued. The customer will have 14 days to arrange return shipping at their own expense.
  • Quantum Machinery reserves the right to increase the restocking fee for opened, damaged, or improperly packaged returns.


đŸš« Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following categories are non-returnable and non-cancellable:

  • Custom-built or special-order items (e.g. made-to-order machinery, custom tooling, etc.).
  • Electrical components or electronics once opened or installed.
  • Clearance, demo, or “final sale” marked products.
  • Any product showing signs of use, installation, alteration, or damage.

All sales are final for these items. No exceptions.


🛑 Freight Shipment Notice

Quantum Machinery Group is not liable for freight carrier delays, damage, or loss once the shipment leaves our facility.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect freight shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
  • If visible damage is discovered, customers must refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • Do not discard any packaging until the issue is resolved.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup.


⚠ Additional Terms

  • All returns must comply with the policy above — no exceptions.
  • Filing a credit card chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith may result in legal action and loss of future purchasing eligibility.
  • All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, with legal venue in Iredell County.
