CC60CNC: Non-Mandrel Rotary Bender

The CC60CNC is a non-mandrel CNC tube and pipe bending machine designed for producing accurate, repeatable bends in round and square tube without the use of an internal mandrel. It is intended for fabrication and production environments that require controlled bending of thin- to medium-wall tube with consistent radii and repeatable geometry.

Built on a rigid industrial frame and driven by an electrohydraulic system, the CC60CNC combines mechanical bending strength with full CNC control. CNC Control (CC60CNC):
The CC60CNC is equipped with Nargesa’s CNC control system with a 7" color touch-screen interface. The control manages bend angle, rotation speed, bend direction, and automatic springback compensation, allowing complete bending programs to be stored and repeated with consistent accuracy.

The CNC system allows up to 50 different bends on a single part and stores up to 10,000 programs. Operators input tube dimensions, wall thickness, bend angle, and die selection, and the control automatically calculates recommended parameters while allowing manual adjustment as required.
