Nargesa CSL33 Laser Welding Safety Booth

The Nargesa CSL33 Laser Welding Safety Booth provides a dedicated, protected workspace for laser welding. Its modular design combines laser shielding, an interlocked access door, and live video monitoring to help protect personnel working inside and around the welding area.

With a 3 × 3 modular configuration measuring approximately 145" × 145" × 98", the CSL33 offers space for an operator, welding table, tooling, and workpieces. The enclosure can also be expanded, dismantled, or relocated as your facility and production needs change.

Key Features

• Modular, expandable design: Add panels to adapt the booth as your workspace or production requirements grow.

• Interlocked safety door: Dual-channel Pizzato safety hinges monitor the door position. When integrated with the Nargesa MS20, opening the door stops laser emission and places the machine in standby. A manual reset is required before welding can resume.

• Panic-exit double doors: The double-door design allows access for personnel, materials, and tooling while providing an exit from inside the booth.

• Laser safety viewing window: A 520 × 320 mm window with OD 7+ protective glazing allows personnel to observe the process from outside the enclosure.

• Live video monitoring: Includes a 4 MP camera, 24" Full HD monitor, and NVR recorder for viewing the booth interior. A storage device is required for recording and is not included.

• Three-color status light: Green, amber, and red lights indicate the equipment’s operating status.

• Access alert: An illuminated exterior pushbutton activates an audible signal so visitors can request entry.

• Protected ventilation: A two-stage indirect ventilation design allows airflow while preventing a direct escape path for laser radiation.

• Simplified assembly: Numbered panels and keyed electrical connectors help streamline installation.

• Open-top design: The booth is supplied open at the top as standard. A protective roof with integrated LED lighting is available as an option.

Specifications

The CSL33 electrical panel is designed for integration with the Nargesa MS20 Laser Welding Machine. Use with another manufacturer’s laser welder requires technical validation and may require a different electrical panel.
