The NTA 370 GA is a fully automatic CNC hydraulic circular cold saw designed for high-volume, precision cutting of steel bars and profiles where programmable miter control and consistent throughput are required. Its automated cutting cycle, hydraulic clamping system, and CNC-controlled head rotation deliver repeatable accuracy with minimal operator intervention in demanding production environments.

In standard cold saw sizing practice, the 370mm blade capacity places this machine in the 14.5" class. This positions the NTA 370 GA above standard 14" machines, providing increased cutting capacity while remaining compatible with commonly available large-format cold saw blades.

Operating Cycle:
Cycle start is initiated by pressing the start button. Once activated, the machine performs the following operations automatically during each cutting cycle:
1. Automatic material feed to the programmed length.
2. Closing of the fixed vice and activation of the blade motor with coolant delivery.
3. Cutting head descends under controlled feed until the cut is completed.
4. The head rises, blade rotation and coolant stop, and the carriage returns to position.
5. The vice opens and the material advances for the next cut.
