The NEW LINE 350 with Bundle Loader is a fully automatic CNC circular cold saw cutting line designed for high-volume production of hollow steel profiles where continuous feeding, repeatable accuracy, and minimal operator handling are required. Its integrated bundle loading system, automatic bar feed, and CNC-controlled cutting unit enable consistent, unattended operation in demanding industrial environments.

In standard cold saw sizing practice, the 350mm blade capacity places this machine in the 14" class. This allows the NEW LINE 350 to operate with widely available cold saw blades while delivering the cutting capacity required for structural tubing and profile production.

- Performs fully automatic 90° cutting cycles with automatic loading, feeding, cutting, and unloading.

Operating Cycle:
Cycle start is initiated through the CNC control. Once activated, the machine performs the following operations automatically during each cutting cycle:
1. Bundle loader feeds bars into the bar feed unit.
2. Bars advance to the programmed length via roller feed controlled by inverter.
3. Double vice clamps the material and the blade motor activates with lubrication.
4. Cutting head descends at controlled speed to complete the cut.
5. Cut pieces are automatically unloaded while the remaining bar is repositioned for the next cycle.
