MC650 Roll Bender

The MC650 is a heavy-duty industrial horizontal bending and forming machine designed for shaping flat bar, round bar, square bar, tube, and large structural sections where high capacity and controlled repeatability are required. It is the next step above the MC550, providing increased section capability while retaining NC-controlled operation for repeat production.

Built around a reinforced welded steel frame and a high-capacity electrohydraulic drive system, the MC650 is equipped with Nargesa’s NC control. NC Control (MC650):
The MC650 is equipped with Nargesa’s NC control system, designed to manage bending operations where consistency, repeatability, and production efficiency are required. The control system manages roller positioning and bending sequence, allowing bending parameters to be stored and recalled for future runs.

Compared to manually adjusted machines, the NC control reduces setup time and minimizes variation between parts and operators. This is particularly valuable when producing repeat components, larger-radius bends, or multi-bend profiles where manual adjustment introduces inconsistency.
