CC90CNC: Non-Mandrel Rotary Bender

The CC90CNC is a heavy-duty non-mandrel CNC tube and pipe bending machine designed for producing accurate, repeatable bends in larger-diameter tube and pipe without the use of an internal mandrel. Built on a rigid industrial frame and driven by an electrohydraulic system, the CC90CNC expands on the capabilities of the CC60CNC by increasing working stroke, tube diameter capacity, and overall forming force. CNC Control (CC90CNC):
The CC90CNC is equipped with Nargesa’s CNC control system featuring a 7" color touch-screen interface. The control manages bend angle, bending direction, rotation speed, and automatic springback compensation, allowing complete bending programs to be executed with consistent, repeatable motion.

The CNC system supports complex parts with multiple bends by executing programmed sequences without manual repositioning. Operators input tube dimensions, wall thickness, bend angles, and die selection, and the control calculates recommended parameters while allowing manual refinement when required.
