The CC90CNC is a heavy-duty non-mandrel CNC tube and pipe bending machine designed for producing accurate, repeatable bends in larger-diameter tube and pipe without the use of an internal mandrel. It is intended for fabrication and production environments that require controlled bending of round and square tube with consistent radii and high repeatability.
Built on a rigid industrial frame and driven by an electrohydraulic system, the CC90CNC expands on the capabilities of the CC60CNC by increasing working stroke, tube diameter capacity, and overall forming force. Full CNC control allows complex multi-bend parts to be produced automatically with consistent accuracy across production runs.
- Non-mandrel CNC tube and pipe bending system for production environments.
- Increased capacity for larger-diameter tube and pipe.
- CNC control manages bend angle, sequence, and springback correction.
- Two-direction bending supports complex part geometry.
- Designed for repeat production with minimal operator intervention.
CNC Control (CC90CNC):
The CC90CNC is equipped with Nargesa’s CNC control system featuring a 7" color touch-screen interface. The control manages bend angle, bending direction, rotation speed, and automatic springback compensation, allowing complete bending programs to be executed with consistent, repeatable motion.
The CNC system supports complex parts with multiple bends by executing programmed sequences without manual repositioning. Operators input tube dimensions, wall thickness, bend angles, and die selection, and the control calculates recommended parameters while allowing manual refinement when required.
- Stores up to 10,000 bending programs.
- Programs up to 50 different bend angles per part.
- Automatic and programmable springback correction.
- Manual or automatic operation modes.
- Inch or metric programming with multi-language interface.
Bending Capacities:
All bending capacities are based on mild steel tube applications. Capacities may vary with material grade, wall thickness, and tooling selection. Minimum bending radius is three times the tube diameter unless otherwise specified.
Round Tube:
- Maximum mild steel round tube: 3.54" (90mm) or 3" Schedule 40 or 3-1/2" × 0.24" wall (88.9×6mm).
- Maximum aluminum tube: 3.50" × 0.39" wall (88.9×10mm).
- Maximum stainless steel tube (304 / 316): 3.50" × 0.16" wall (88.9×4mm).
Square Tube:
- Maximum square tube: 2.36" × 2.36" × 0.16" (60×60×4mm).
Bending Geometry:
- Maximum bend angle: 180°.
- Minimum bending radius: 3 × tube diameter.
- Maximum bending radius: 15.35" (390mm).
- Bend repeatability: ±0.1°.
Key Mechanical Features:
- Offset head design allows bending below the head for complex parts.
- Two-direction bending (right or left) without rotating the die.
- Automatic unlocking system for faster part removal.
- Reinforced tool post support arm included for tubes over 1.57" (40mm).
- Bend dies manufactured from tempered steel for extended service life.
- Bronze alloy counter-dies reduce surface marking on finished parts.
Specifications:
- Machine type: CNC non-mandrel tube and pipe bender.
- Drive system: Electrohydraulic.
- Control system: Nargesa CNC control with 7" touch-screen.
- Main motor power: 3 HP (2.2kW).
- Electrical supply: 220 Volt / 3 Phase / 60Hz.

Common Uses:
The CC90CNC is used for bending tube and pipe for frames, handrails, guards, structural components, architectural elements, and production assemblies. It is well suited for repeat work requiring consistent bend accuracy on larger-diameter tube without mandrel complexity.
Warranty:
Nargesa machines are built for long-term industrial service and are supported by an industry-leading warranty program. Each machine includes a standard 6-month warranty covering defective components. By registering the machine on Nargesa.com, customers extend this coverage to a full 3-year warranty on defective parts. The warranty covers replacement of defective components only and does not include labor, technical assistance, or travel.
System Configuration & Full Quotation:
The CC90CNC is configured based on tube size, wall thickness, bending radius, and tooling selection. Tooling, dies, and optional positioning systems are quoted as part of a complete machine package.
