THE NARGESA MS20 FEATURES

A welding machine with hoses and a cylindrical gas tank on a wheeled cart.

Safety and Mobility

Most laser welding machines on the market do not include built-in supports for gas cylinders such as argon or nitrogen. This omission not only makes transporting the equipment more difficult but also poses a significant safety risk to the operator. Without proper securing, cylinders can easily tip over—even when the machine is stationary—creating hazardous situations in the work environment. Having a solution that ensures the stability and mobility of the entire system is essential for safe, efficient, and professional operation.

Storage Drawer

The machine features a built-in drawer within the chassis, specifically designed to store consumables, tools, and accessories in a clean, safe, and organized manner. This solution allows the operator to keep everything within easy reach, avoiding unnecessary movement and improving day-to-day work efficiency. Every detail has been carefully considered to deliver a practical, professional, and fully self-sufficient user experience.

4.0 Technology

The advantages of having this technology in a machine are countless, but we’ll highlight the most important ones. With the customer’s consent, the manufacturer can remotely connect to the machine to perform software updates completely free of charge and detect potential issues without needing to be on-site. It also notifies the user when preventive maintenance is due—among many other advanced features.

Water Cooling System

Ensures consistent performance even during long hours of intensive work. This system is especially critical in automatic or robotic mode, where continuous operation and thermal stability are essential. A reliable cooling system not only extends the lifespan of the components but also ensures more precise, uninterrupted welding—ultimately optimizing process efficiency.

Wire Feeding System

The MS20 laser welding machine is equipped with an advanced dual-rotation drive system featuring four motorized rollers, engineered to deliver precise and consistent wire feeding—especially critical in demanding applications such as aluminum and stainless steel welding. Unlike many machines on the market that only motorize the lower rollers, the MS20 includes eight motorized rollers in total, ensuring uniform, slip-free wire delivery even with challenging materials.

Ergonomic Torch

Our welding torch is designed to deliver maximum comfort, precision, and durability in high-demand environments. It features an ergonomic grip that compactly integrates the fiber optic cable, cooling hoses, and dual wire feeds—all connected through a flexible spring that enhances freedom of movement and comfort during extended use. Unlike other solutions on the market, all conduits and components are fully protected, ensuring long-lasting performance and safety.
